PEACE MEAL | OSF PEACE MEAL

Congregate: Nutritious meals are provided Monday-Friday by carryout from an OSF Peace Meal central kitchen. Peace meals improve nutrition in older adults through the provision of meals, nutrition assessments, and nutrition education. Reservations must be made a day in advance.

Home delivery: Assessment required to determine eligibility. Meals would be delivered Mon-Fri. OSF Peace Meal staff works with participants to provide emergency meal packs and weekend or secondary meals when needed.

Congregate meals open to persons age 60+; Home delivery open to persons age 60+ who are homebound due to illness, have an incapacitating disability or who are otherwise isolated; Meals also available to spouses, regardless of age, as long as they reside with the program participant
