Application process
All new clients, regardless of their tier, are required to: -- Undergo bag checks and person checks (pat-down) upon entering the shelter (ongoing, whenever using shelter services) -- Complete an intake (Initial Entry or if they have not received shelter services for a period longer than 14 days) -- Agree to and comply with shelter rules and expectations (ongoing, whenever using shelter services) -- Demonstrate self-care ability or have a designated caregiver (ongoing, whenever using shelter services) -- Check-in to the shelter when using services (ongoing, whenever using shelter services) -- Not have a previous permanent restriction from The Warming Shelter for safety violations; If unsure, always check with a Direct Supervisor or The Executive Director (ongoing, whenever using shelter services)

Description
-- Overnight Shelter: Cot assigned in the day shelter. Check-in is from 7:30 pm to 9 pm daily.
-- Showers/Laundry: Available on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm, as long as clients are able to safely use the facilities.
-- Warehouse Access: Available on Tuesdays and Friday from 9 am to 12 pm.
Additional Services:
-- Sleeping Accommodations are provided in the day shelter under constant supervision (cot or mat).
-- Day Shelter Restroom Use: Accessible to clients at all times.
-- To-Go Breakfast: Provided to clients daily.
-- Water: Available to clients at all times.
-- During cold weather contingency, individuals who are assigned to Tier 1 may remain indoors but are confined to the day shelter and may not access services that they are not eligible for. Cold weather contingency goes into effect when it is 10 degrees or less.
