- Shopping needs, errands, and medical appointments within the county

- Older adults age 60 or older - U.S. citizen or legal aliens - Residents of Illinois - Have non-exempt assets of $17,500 or less (Non-exempt assets do not include home, car, or personal furnishings) - Have an assessed need for long term care
