Provides food for those in need. Drive-thru style in the North parking lot of 89 Franklin Street. Must access via Logan Avenue.
Offers a nutritional variety of USDA food available to individuals or families on the first of each month. This is limited to once a month per household during regular food pantry hours.

The only requirement for service is that you reside in the Prairie Valley/Southeast Valley Community School District.

Provides monthly food boxes with personal hygiene and paper goods when available. Also distributes a supplemental food box generally 2 weeks after regular monthly distribution. Able to assist in emergency situations that involve a need for food and emotional support.


The Postville Community Support food pantry provides supplemental food for people in need. Available food may include: cereals, canned fruits and vegetables, fresh produce in season, eggs and milk, bread and bakery items. rice, dried beans, and some kosher food (meats). This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential and requires proof of address and identification. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs.
Food pantry, available with referral.

Traveling food pantries deliver nutritious food directly to individuals. Working with local community groups and network partners, trucks deliver meat, produce, nonperishable food, and other products to communities where hunger needs surpass the capacity of current food pantry resources.

Offers a variety of services including monthly food and clothing distribution, family nights neighborhood events, summer youth enrichment classes, summer food program, low income bus passes, information and referral, and a computer center.

Senior coffee club meets weekly, including a program generally related to topics of interest to seniors or topics proposed by the group.

Distributes prepared and perishable food at designated distribution sites in Lincoln and the surrounding area. Provides foods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, bread, etc.

Family's Helping Hand is a non profit that operates out of the Family Resource Center to assist families and bridge gaps. Resources include a mini food pantry including formula/baby food, and household and hygiene supplies.
