The Allamakee County Food Pantry provides food for people in need. Food baskets provide fresh, frozen, and non-perishable food items. In addition, non-food items such as diapers, formula, hygiene products, and cleaning products may be available. The supply given is based on need and size of the family. Donations and volunteers are welcome.

Food pantry providing seven days of food to clients.

Offers a two to three day provision of groceries to families or individuals in need. Pre-packaged meal box or bag will be provided based on number of people within the household. This is available once per month. Contact your local Matura Outreach Center to request help for food.

Provides food to those in need in the Adams, Brown, Pike and Schuyler County communities. These pantries are drop in only and can be accessed during the open hours listed.

Offers a food pantry to those in need.

A food pantry that offers non-perishable food. Depending on donations, dairy products, fresh and frozen produce, meat, baked goods, and personal grooming supplies may be available. People may visit the pantry every other week. Will accept food and non-food donations during the pantry hours. This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential and requires proof of address and identification. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs.

DMARC Food Pantry is offered once per month to all Des Moines Metro area residents that includes personal care items, when available. Clients can come everyday we're open for Anytime items.

Provides a clothing closet for families that access our DMARC food pantry. Families are able to receive 5 items per family member per month. Provides both adult and children clothing. Clothing donations are accepted

To-go meals are provided to qualified individuals. The meal must meet 1/3 of the daily recommended dietary needs of adults 60 and over, including the requirements of the Older Americans Act and state and local laws.
