Offers to bridge the gap between abundance and hunger by collecting and redistributing surplus food to food access partners like meal sites, pantries, shelters, and youth programs

Agency distribution network includes non-profit agency partners in 16 counties that support efforts to distribute food in Southeast Nebraska. Nonprofit partners cover all segments of the community - food pantries, homeless shelters, soup kitchens, residential treatment centers, and senior and youth programs; partnerships help distribute safe food and household/personal care items as effectively as possible.

Mobile pantries are a distribution in which a Food Bank truck delivers food at no charge to children, families and seniors. Volunteers pitch in to distribute supplies to families. There are mobile pantries at 4 different Lincoln sites each week and 25 sites throughout Southeast Nebraska.
