They are intended as a residence for elderly persons 62 and older who meet the eligibility requirements. AHEPA 192 Apartments in Johnston, Iowa, also accept mobility impaired persons ages 21-62. Apartment occupants pay 30% of adjusted net income after qualification. All units are one bedroom or efficiency. Contact each building individually for application.
