The Red Cloud Housing Authority is comprised of 3 separate areas: Park View Circle, Park View Addition and Valley View.

Park View Circle and Park View Addition consist of 1-bedroom apartment and two efficiency apartments. These apartments are conveniently located just west of US Highway 281.

Valley View apartments consists of 2 and 3 bedroom units and is located south of the Red Cloud Elementary School ball fields south of Highway 136 and west of 281.

All utilities are included in the rent price (ie: gas, electricity, water, sewer, and trash). Excess electricity used for air conditioning units and freezers (neither are included) will incur an extra charge. Call for more information.

Gering Valley Estates, 55+ senior affordable housing offers one and two bedroom accessible and handicap accessible units. Includes refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, full size washer and dryer. Section 8 Vouchers welcome.

Monument View Villa, one and two bedroom apartments for persons with special needs. Has a community room, laundry, storm shelter, computer lap, and storage sheds. Section 8 vouchers welcome.
