Services include vocational, day habilitation, residential, case management, transportation, respite and leisure services.

CASE COORDINATION an individually focused program that helps consumers identify, secure, and sustain resources necessary to live a normal, independent life in the community.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES offer options to adults in a variety of living environments within the community (including hourly and 24 hour staff support in a variety of settings). The goal of all of Link's residential programs is to provide consumers with experiences in independent living and social/leisure activities.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES provide rides for individuals approved through the Intellectual Disabilities Home and Community Based Waiver. Transportation can be provided for conducting business errands, essential shopping, medical appointments, and travel to and from day programs for ID Waiver recipients.
