Provides transportation to the Malls in Iowa City, to the Iowa City Hospitals (Mercy, Veterans, University, Iowa River Landing, etc.) and the Cedar Rapids Airport.

Provides rides to and from Champaign County locations. Qualifying members can schedule a limited number of rides per month (some exemptions may apply).

Emergency, critical care, and non-emergency ambulance transportation. Select ambulances are equipped with bariatric rigs that have ramps and winch to transport large patients.

Offers clinical rides for students at community colleges.

ADA complementary paratransit service for people who cannot access the conventional, fixed-route bus network due to a disability or disabling health condition. Clients must be registered to use this service.

MOBY service mirrors the geographic areas, days, and hours of the fixed-route bus network, within mile of each fixed route and a mile radius at the ends of each route. Changes to fixed-route service level (routing, days or hours) will have the same effect on this paratransit service.

Bus service within the City of Lincoln.

Senior and disability transportation in coordination with the League of Human Dignity. Services include wheelchair accessibility on the regular route service, Handi-Van, and a reduced bus fare with a Senior Citizen Identification card or a Go For Less card.

The Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation (NEICAC) - Transit Program is a public transit provider. For most services, people will be picked up at their door. Transportation is provided for a variety of needs including, but not limited to, work, school, doctor’s appointments, shopping, or to visit family and friends. Drivers are able to accommodate wheelchairs or other needed devices such as walkers or oxygen, bariatric wheelchairs etc.. Rural transportation services are available in all rural areas of Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, Howard, and Winneshiek counties. In-town service is available in Cresco, Decorah, Elkader, Guttenberg, Oelwein, Waukon, and West Union. In-town schedules vary by community.

The University of Iowa's specialized transportation service for persons with disabilities. Provides curb-to-curb service designed to serve the needs of University students, faculty and staff within most areas of Iowa City and Coralville.
Residential services include Traditional Group Homes, Community Support Program, and Supported Community Living Services.

Traditional Group Home offers training in self-help skills, household management and leisure-time skills. These programs integrate people into the community in the least restrictive environment. All individuals are encouraged to have an outside activity. Group home sites are in Red Oak, Malvern, and Shenandoah.

Community Support Program teaches independent living skills to persons living in their own apartment or home. Individuals receive additional support services as needed such as transportation, personal shopping, meal planning, socialization, self-help skills, household management skills, and money management.

Supported Community Living Program provides up to 24 hours of support to assist individuals with their daily needs.

Respite Care Program provides short-term relief in the absence of the family or caregiver, such as a vacation or a night out.

Services are designed to promote growth and support persons as they meet their individualized goals at home, work and within the community. Services include vocational, day habilitation, residential, case management, transportation, and therapeutic recreation services.

CASE COORDINATION an individually focused program that helps persons served identify, secure, and sustain resources necessary to live a normal, independent life in the community.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES offer options to adults in a variety of living environments within the community (including hourly and 24 hour staff support in a variety of settings). The goal of all of Link's residential programs is to provide person served with experiences in independent living and social/leisure activities.
