Dundee Township
Big Rock Township
Provides transportation to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and low-income individuals in Kane County. Transportation is provided through taxi's, PACE lift-equipped buses, or mini-vans for demand response. Ride pick-up is from curb to curb including residential or business locations. Drivers do not assist riders in and out of buildings but will make every effort to assist a rider into and out of the vehicle safely. When a rider's needs are beyond the responsibility of the driver, a travel assistant is required. One travel assistant may ride at no charge
Once registered for the services, advanced call in is required at least one day in advance. Trips can be reserved up to seven days in advance. Same day reservations are not guaranteed and require at least four hours notice.
Ride In Kane is a transportation program through a partnership of Pace Suburban Bus and Kane County government entities

A demand-responsive, handicapped-accessible public transit system that provides door-to-door transportation services for all residents of Iowa County, including very low-income individuals requiring transportation for shopping, medical or welfare appointments, employment, recreational or social events, or other essential activities.
Saint Charles Township
Provides transportation to residents of Unincorporated Saint Charles Township, who are disabled or over the age of 65. The riders may ride within Kane County for 3 round trip rides per week or 6 one ways. The purpose of these rides may be for medical, dental, therapy or chiropractic appointments, a job, to the Elderday Center or to School.

Provides transportation services for older adults ages 60 and older. Priority is given to medical appointments. Transportation for other necessary errands provided when volunteer availability allows. Will transport to Cedar Rapids and Iowa City. Advance notice is required for all rides.

Morrill County Public Transit
Limited transportation service to all citizens of the county, including the handicapped. Wheelchair lift equipped.
Transit will pick up a rider at their house. Rides can be given to Sidney or other surrounding areas.
Call at least one week in advance to schedule a ride for Scottsbluff trips.
Joy Ride Transport
Provides professional and personalized non-emergency medical and non-medical transport for the elderly, disabled, and very low-income individuals in the Greater Des Moines Metro and surrounding areas of Central Iowa, including Polk County.
Medical transport includes doctor’s appointments, non-emergency hospital visits, hospital discharge, dialysis, physical therapy and stroke rehabilitation, pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation, and dental appointments.
Non-medical transport includes long-distance trips, airports, train or bus stations, special and family events, sports events, shopping, recreational or social events, trips to and from employment, and other similar activities. Door-to-door or curb-to-curb service is available for individuals who otherwise would have no means of transportation.
