Provides door-to-door transportation service. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please allow a 30 minute window for pick-up and drop-off times. A 20 mile travel radius has been set from the Township office for medical and therapy appointments. Shopping Days and Errand Days have set times and days - call for more information.

Congregate meals available Mon-Fri at 12 pm. Must call the day before to order a meal.

Transportation services for individuals 60 years of age or older. Priority is given to medical appointments. Transportation for other necessary errands provided when volunteer availability allows. Will transport to Cedar Rapids and Iowa City.

Advance notice is required for all rides.

Provides door-to-door or door-through-door transportation to eligible seniors for social and recreational, medical, and life-enriching purposes by a trained and vetted volunteer drivers at no cost to the senior or their families.

Other drop-off and stay-at-the-destination services are available.

Clients must be enrolled in program prior to scheduling transportation. Rides must be scheduled at least 3 days in advanced. Rider must schedule their own rides and be 100% ambulatory. Mobility aids such as walkers and canes are accepted but not wheelchairs or transport chairs.

Provides a limited number of rides to senior citizens. Must call one day in advance; Limited to 6 round trips or 12 one way trips per fiscal year July 1st - June 30, Transportation is on a case by case basis and limited to trips for medical appointments and pharmacy pick ups/drop offs.

Provides registration and scheduling for the Ride In Kane transportation program.
Ride in Kane offers "curb to curb" transportation within a 10 mile radius of an individual's home. Rides are provided by either buses (with disability access) or taxi service.
Provides non-medical home health care services such as light house cleaning companion care, meal prep, personal care, transportation to appointments and light errands. Services specifically priced for low-income clients.
