Warren County Attorney's Office offers a driver's license reinstatement service through the County Attorney Payment Program (CAPP). This allows qualifying Warren County residents with a suspended driver's license the opportunity to sign a County Attorney Payment Plan agreement to pay back delinquent fines which may allow individuals the chance to obtain their driver's license back. Must fill out financial affidavit and return it to the Warren County Attorney's office. A review of the financial affidavit will determine if individual is eligible for the CAPP program. Individuals are not eligible for license reinstatement program if any of the following criteria apply:
- License suspended for non-payment of Child Support - License suspended for out-of-state tickets - Failed to complete a substance abuse evaluation (if required by the DOT) - Failed to obtain an ignition interlock device (if required by the DOT) - Failed to complete the Drinking and Driving Class (if required by the DOT)
