Provides court services to individuals in Crawford County. Including supervision (probation) of adults or juveniles, information or support with the legal system, help with other social agencies, access to individual or group counseling, and an abuser treatment program.

Provides circuit court services to Clark County residents. The Circuit Clerk is part of the administrative arm of the judicial branch of government. Maintains and keeps all records of the court. Also collects and disperses all monies ordered to be paid by the court.

Offers an advocate for the mentally ill. Also houses the county assessor, county auditor, county treasurer and the Wayne County Development Corporation.

Provides circuit court services to Alexander, Jackson, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Pulaski, Saline, Union, and Williamson Counties. The Circuit Clerk can help individuals find court dates, court records (copies are available for a nominal fee) and can assist with court fines. Responsible for both the civil prosecution of parents who have abused and/or neglected their children, and also the criminal prosecution of juveniles who commit delinquent acts. Whether the case involves one of neglect/abuse or delinquency, the Juvenile Division’s focus is to advocate for the minors and their families.
