Safe Journeys/ADV and SAS - Streator
Offers assessments and 26-week psycho-educational group services for individuals who use power and control in their intimate relationships. Additionally, provides guidance and support for obtaining protective or restraining orders to ensure legal protection against harassment, stalking, or violence in situations involving domestic abuse, child abuse, elder abuse, sexual assault, or other forms of harm.

Medical advocacy is available 24 hours a day at hospital emergency rooms. Whenever a survivor arrives at the hospital for treatment, the hospital calls the hotline and an advocate is sent out to sit with the survivor. The advocate offers emotional support, provides information on sexual violence, and gives any necessary referrals.
Legal advocacy is available 24 hours a day wherever needed. Advocates can support a survivor at the police department or help a survivor with a case that is currently being prosecuted.

Services include legal advocacy, medical advocacy, prevention education, supportive counseling, sexual assault victim therapy, children's counseling (domestic and sexual violence), and case management.Â
Also offers interventions to help domestic violence offenders understand and take responsibility for their actions, develop healthy relationship skills, and address the cycle of abuse.Â
Additionally, a domestic violence hotline is available to provide immediate assistance, safety planning, emotional support, legal information, referrals for medical treatment, and connections to ongoing counseling or group support.
