The home visiting program consists of a home visitor making a weekly visit and providing two group socialization opportunities a month. The center-based program for parents working or going to school full time, provides free childcare for eligible infants and toddlers, which also promotes parental input through volunteer opportunities and parent interactions.

Head Start is a no-cost preschool program that serves children ages 0-5 and their families. Program includes health services, nutritional meals and snacks, disability services, educational services, social services, and parent involvement. Full-day and half-day programs are available.
