Provides comprehensive, individualized services to low-income infants and toddlers up to age 3, as well as pregnant mothers and their families living in Henry, Mercer, and Rock Island Counties, Illinois.

Provides a state-licensed child care facility caring for a maximum of 225 children. Silver Star Quality Rating System facility. Accepts full pay and the Illinois Child Care Assistance Program.

Reach for Success Mentoring Program for children 5 to 18 years, pairs district staff members with students who would benefit from a one-to-one relationship with an adult.

Services include personalized home visits, book and toy library, play groups, family fun nights, periodic screening for learning, sensory or developmental delays, and linkage of families with other community services.
