Non-traditional Careers for Women and Minorities program encourages women to follow higher-paying, non-traditional careers. Short-term, pre-vocational training is available.

Offers classes and adult education/literacy services year-round with daytime and evening options. The facility also houses a learning center with 22 computers for student use and a certified testing center that provides academic and professional assessments.

Northeast Iowa Community College provides year-round, day and evening, credit and continuing education classes; also supports training opportunities for local businesses. Class instruction is offered face-to-face as well as over the ICN (Iowa Communication Network). Cresco Center includes a computer lab, three classrooms, a health lab, ICN room, multi-purpose shop lab/classroom, commons area, conference room, and welding lab. The Center offers a variety of services to Cresco and the surrounding communities including course registration (for any of the NICC sites and campuses), placement testing, intake advising, administration of Distance Learning Exams, specialized business training, and continuing education classes.
