RVC offers 4 degrees (Associate of Arts, Associate in Science, Associate in Engineering Science, and Associate in Applied Science) and over two dozen certificates.

NICC provides programs for high school graduates or individuals with GED equivalency, including High School Equivalency/GED Test Instruction to help students gain knowledge and skills comparable to a high school education. Additionally, the college offers English as a Second Language programs to assist non-English-speaking and limited-English-speaking individuals in developing essential communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing for success in an English-speaking environment.

Northeast Iowa Community College provides year-round, day and evening, credit, recertification, and continuing education classes; also supports training opportunities for local businesses. Class instruction is offered face-to-face as well as over the ICN (Iowa Communication Network). Waukon Center includes three traditional classrooms, health lab, computer lab, ICN (Iowa Communication Network) room, office space, and a conference room. The Center offers a variety of services to Waukon and the surrounding communities including admissions information, placement testing, program information, intake advising, course registration, financial aid information, administration of distance learning exams, career coaching, continuation education courses, specialized business training, and HSED classes.
