Girl Scouts of Wisconsin - Badgerland Council offers leadership development opportunities for girls in grades k - 12 through age-appropriate groupings; including: Daisy (kindergarten - 1st grade), Brownie (grades 2 - 3), Junior (grades 4 - 5), Cadette (grades 6 - 8), Senior (grades 9 - 10) , and Ambassador (grades 11 - 12). Programs are adapted for girls with disabilities and supervised by educational specialists. My Career Advancement Account Scholarship provides up to $4,000 in financial assistance to eligible military spouses for the pursuit or maintenance, including continuing education courses, of a license, certification, or associate degree necessary to gain employment in an occupation or career field.

Provides AFAS education grants, scholarships, and loans to children and spouses of Airmen and Guardians.

Offers funding for any course of study that leads to an Associates (AA,AS), Bachelor's (BA,BS), or a graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate).

Need-based Scholarship Program - Provides approximately $1.55 million in scholarship funding each year to Nebraska's nonprofit public and private colleges. The colleges then award the funds to eligible students who demonstrate financial need, which may include middle-income as well as low-income students.

Reaching Your Potential Scholarship Program - Students who face significant obstacles to higher education are the target of this need-based, renewable scholarship program which provides approximately $100,000 in scholarships each year. Applicants are referred to the program by community agencies and colleges statewide.

College Access Grants Program - Provides funding for Nebraska high schools that seek to develop or enhance college access activities within their school. The program's goal is to increase the number of Nebraska students going to college. Every two years, EducationQuest provides grants to approximately 15 high schools and commits funding to each school for four years. Funding amounts depend on the high school's enrollment.

Scholarships for parents wanting to go back to school to pursue a degree. Provides up to $3,500 per year in funds to help cover costs not covered by a Pell Grant, including books, fees, uniforms, equipment, computers, transportation, and child care.
Students who participate in free monthly lunch-provided workshops and other activities may be eligible for limited financial assistance. Students must be currently enrolled at WNCC and apply for the program. The program is co-located with the TRIO Student Support Services program.

Since non-credit programs are not eligible for federal financial aid, this program is designed to bridge the funding gap for individuals that meet program and income guidelines to complete short-term training programs.

Tuition assistance for this program is based on financial need and the ability to complete a program and gain full-time employment. If participants receive food assistance, they may qualify to participate in free training. The program was developed to help individuals learn skills for in-demand jobs that pay a higher wage.

CHILD CARE WAGE$ IOWA (WAGE$) is a salary supplement program that awards financial stipends to those working in the early care and education field who have already obtained some level of formal education and have worked in their child care program for at least 6 months.

Recipients are awarded up to $500 to pursue formal education or occupational training at an accredited Illinois educational institution. Funding is provided through the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG). The program is designed to provide financial assistance to low-income and disadvantaged persons of high academic attainment or potential. Preference is given to applicants of racial or ethnic minorities. Education and training made possible through the scholarships include either general education to achieve short-term training (two years or less) in high technology or growth occupation, or general post-secondary education.
