Provides a free medical clinic for anyone who are uninsured and under insured. Services include illness/minor injury care, well child exams, school/sport physicals, employment physicals, lead testing, patient assistance program enrollment, transportation, chronic disease management, diabetes/blood glucose testing, and high blood pressure testing.

Provides women's health care services such as preventative care and health screenings (pap smears, breast exams), pregnancy testing, pregnancy/prenatal care, and other needed gynecology or obstetrician services for the patient.

Provided to ensure the health of mothers in the Cass County area. Services include finding health care coverage, finding a health care provider or dentists, education to promote a healthy pregnancy, evaluate emotional stress and family adjustment to pregnancy and parenting, oral health services, arranging transportation to medical and dental appointments, making doctor appointments, social support and guidance, nutrition education and home visit after delivery of the baby.

• Diabetes Management: Lifestyle changes and medication to manage insulin
• Weigh Control: With nutrition, exercise, and coaching
• COVID-19 Testing: Rapid antigen testing available
• Blood Pressure Reduction: Manage high blood pressure with lifestyle changes and medication
• Laboratory Tests: Blood, urine, and stool tests
• Cardiology: A cardiologist is available for patients with complex heart conditions
• Vision Care: Eye health and glasses prescriptions
• Stop Smoking: Preventing smoking by medication and changes in lifestyle
• Fatty Liver Disease Control: Checking liver for damage and become healthier with exercise and nutrition
• Exercise Training: Developing a healthy home exercise routine.

Affordable, comprehensive primary health care especially for those with limited resources. Includes general physical exams and immunizations.

Services are provided regardless of ability to pay through a sliding fee discount program. Fees are calculated based on household size and documented annual income. All patients are eligible to apply for the sliding fee discount, even those with insurance.

Dental Clinic offers preventative dental services including: X-rays, exams, cleanings, fillings and extractions.

Pharmacy services offered to patients. Those eligible for the sliding fee program receive their medications at 30 to 50% below the retail market. Kohl's, Walgreens, Genoa, and Walmart fill all medications. Mobile Medical Clinic services, in which a van visits different locations to see patients.

HIV/STD testing provides confidential HIV/AIDS testing and counseling.

Transportation program provides a limited number of cab vouchers.

Mental health services are provided in-house through a partnership with Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, as well as being referred out to collaborating behavioral health agencies.

Prenatal care for women.

Radiology has certified x-ray technicians to provide limited x-ray services.

Medication assistance programs help uninsured and underinsured patients apply to various pharmaceutical companies. Staff complete applications for patients to obtain their medication at an affordable cost.

Translation services offered to non-English speaking patients. Languages include Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Kurdish, Burmese, Karen, and Thai.

New baby visitation in Montgomery County. Blood pressure clinics done 8 am-4 pm at the office. Community health clinics.

Lead level evaluations.

Offers no-cost health screenings for diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, depressive symptoms, and food insecurity. Also provide awareness, education and support as well as glucometers and blood pressure machines to those that need it to monitor their numbers. 

Offers the Children Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, education about lead poisoning, and lead testing.
