Clinic services provide comprehensive foot care, health assessments, health screenings (which include blood pressure, cholesterol/triglycerides, glucose, bone density), ear wax removal, medication, and safety checks to inform participants about personal health risks and the things they can do to lower risks and optimize health.

Health and fitness services offer fitness and health education classes and physical activity programs, conducted for community, church, and social groups. Programs cover the areas of illness and injury prevention, physical activity, nutrition, and mental wellness. Individuals are encouraged to take measures that decrease risk, promote optimum health, and encourage independent living.

Services and activities for senior citizens to support their independence and community involvement. Includes activities coordination, entertainment, fellowship, recreation, and education.

Specific services include morning coffee, congregate meals Mon-Fri at 12 pm, home delivered meals, information and referral, blood pressure clinics, foot clinics the 3rd Tue from 1 pm-3 pm.

Offers wellness services that include, foot care clinic (toenail trimmings, callous filing, location application) (members only), diabetic shoe clinic, Silver Fox Fitness, Wellness room/exercise room, blood pressure readings, chair massages (members only), and Chair Yoga.

Provides medication set-up, health assessments, blood draws for lab tests, blood pressure screenings, fall prevention programs and foot care.
