Educational follow-up, care coordination, management and peer education, including care for sexually transmitted diseases, latent tuberculosis, high lead levels, prenatal care, and care for chronic diseases (asthma, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and depression).

Specialist referrals for services not available at the clinic are made for all patients. Appointments for patients without insurance and/or limited income are made through Hope Medical Outreach Coalition volunteer physicians and facilities.

Ongoing initiative to reduce deaths from breast and cervical cancer. Services available through the Care For Yourself program include: pap tests, HPV tests, pelvic exams, clinical breast exams, mammograms, diagnostic testing, and patient navigation. If the tests received show breast or cervical cancer, local staff will help participants find treatment.
Offers the following health services to Webster County residents:

Care For Yourself: Early detection of breast and cervical cancer for women age 50 and over, including mammograms and Pap tests. Must meet income guidelines. Call (515) 281-7689.

Family Planning/Reproductive Health: Offers confidential services for adolescents and adults to help guide decisions regarding reproductive healthcare needs. Clinic hours are Wed 8 am-4:30 pm, Thu 8 am-4:30 pm (by appointment only), Fri 8 am-12 pm.

i-Smile: Dental services for children ages 0-21, including dental screenings, preventive fluoride, dental care education, sealants to children in 2nd through 8th grades, and help making dentist appointments.

Maternal Health: Prenatal program providing information and education to pregnant women on having a healthy pregnancy and getting ready for their baby.

Senior Health: Services for seniors 60 years of age and older, including health education, blood pressure screenings, foot clinics, and the I-Smile Silver program.

WIC (WOMEN, INFANTS, CHILDREN): Nutrition information for pregnant women, new mothers, and mothers with children under age 5. Can provide $50 or more a month for groceries, even if already employed and/or receiving food stamps; must be Medicaid-eligible.

Federally funded program that pays for office visits associated with Pap tests, pelvic exams, clinical breast exams and lab fees. Age appropriate mammography is covered, as well as a limited number of diagnostic tests. EWM provides screening and diagnostic tests, public education, professional education and training, surveillance, evaluation and quality assurance activities.

Offers free or low-cost breast and cervical cancer screenings for those between 21 and 64 years of age.

Many women are eligible for free or low-cost breast cancer screenings (clinical breast exams and mammograms), and cervical cancer screenings (Pap test and pelvic exams). For those between 35 and 64 years of age, the program also provides heart health (blood pressure) and diabetes (blood glucose and cholesterol) screenings.

Obstetrical services/OB Services. Midwifery services are also offered.

Family planning offers examinations of women's reproductive systems, pregnancy testing, information and testing for sexually transmitted diseases are available.
