Provides health care services to those in need. Services include sick care, chronic disease management, preventive care services, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), physical exams, vaccinations, sexual health services, STI testing and treatment, wellness checkups, work physicals, laboratory and diagnostic testing, referrals for mammograms and other specialty care.

Provides programs and services protect public health by reducing the burden of communicable diseases and non-communicable diseases. Services include breast and cervical cancer screenings (through the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program), tuberculosis screening, STI and HIV testing, and immunizations.

Offers the following services:

-- Rapid HIV testing.

-- Rapid Hepatitis C testing.

-- Full-Slate STI/STD Testing (HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Herpes 1 and 2, Trichomoniasis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia).

-- Pregnancy Testing (available by request).

-- PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis, if taken within 72 hours of suspected exposure).

-- HPV Vaccinations.

-- Hepatitis A Vaccinations.

-- Safe sex kit distribution.

-- Narcan/Naloxone distribution.

-- Health Navigation Services (providing referrals to needed services).

-- Transgender Health Navigation Services.

Offered to anyone who may have been exposed to a sexually transmitted disease is encouraged to utilize the clinic. If a disease is diagnosed, treatment may be provided at the time of the visit. Risk reduction counseling and partner notification services are included. Also provides prescriptions for PrEP.

Testing offered for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, hepatitis C, HIV, Herpes. Testing for only Women. Trichomoniasis (Trich), yeast infection, and Bacterial Vaginosis (BV).

Offers primary care services to those in need. Services include birth control counseling, childhood immunizations, confidential HIV testing, drug and alcohol testing, general physical examinations, gynecology services, pregnancy testing, seasonal flu vaccines, sexually transmitted disease screening, and well baby care.

Offers sexual health and wellness services including free pregnancy tests, STD/STI testing, HIV testing and treatment (PrEP/PEP), Case Management, anal Pap Smears, free condoms, outreach and prevention education, and more.

Offers confidential STI/HIV testing, treatment, and education. Services are provided free of charge to anyone seeking STI/HIV testing. A fee may be charged for certain requested tests; the clinic staff will review this information with client prior to testing.

Clinic offers walk-in services, on a first come first serve basis, or appointments can be scheduled. Parking is available in the front parking lot. Registration staff will guide client through the process of the paperwork.

Offers free or low cost mammograms available for eligible women. Walk-in appointments are available.

Obstetrical services/OB Services. Midwifery services are also offered.

Family planning offers examinations of women's reproductive systems, pregnancy testing, information and testing for sexually transmitted diseases are available.

Provides a variety of health services to adults and children. Services include annual exams for men and women, sports and school physicals, well-baby visits, a diaper bank for families that have earned points to receive diapers and wipes, childhood and adult immunizations, wellness care, chronic disease management (such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension and HIV/AIDS), health insurance counseling, sexually transmitted disease and treatment, birth control options, pregnancy testing and mental health evaluations.

Street-based outreach services runaway youth and youth experiencing homelessness, near-homelessness, or street dependency.

Drop-in center services include food, basic first aid and hygiene supplies, advocacy, education and information, and referrals to appropriate community service providers. A nurse is onsite three days per week and offers testing for sexually transmitted diseases.

- Support to pregnant woman whose unborn baby has been diagnosed with an adverse or terminal condition and wish to carry to term (Willow Story program).

Offers free support and services for unplanned pregnancies including, pregnancy testing, ultrasound, STD/STI testing and treatment.

Provides sexually transmitted disease testing, treatment, and education.
