Provide a range of healthcare services for women throughout every life stage.

Services include:

- Well Woman Exam.

- Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) diagnosis and treatment.

- Family planning, including contraceptives.

- Prenatal Care.

- Childbirth and Delivery.

- Menopause Treatments.

- Gynecologic Surgery.

Provides sexually transmitted disease testing, treatment, and education, including HIV testing to identify individuals infected with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and assess disease progression.

Services may include pre-testing and post-test counseling, offering information about HIV/AIDS, risk reduction strategies, emotional support, and referrals to related services.

Offers free or low cost mammograms available for eligible women. Walk-in appointments are available. Obstetrical services/OB  Services. Midwifery services are also offered. Family planning offers examinations of women's reproductive systems, pregnancy testing, information and testing for sexually transmitted diseases are available.

Teen clinics provide sports and school physicals, chronic disease management, smoking cessation, and wellness and sick care. Both teen clinics focus special attention on reproductive health.

The teen clinics offer education about pregnancy prevention and birth control options including long-acting reversible contraception as well as screening, treatment and management for sexually transmitted diseases.

Medical clinicians discuss risky behaviors and provide confidential counseling. The teen clinics also offer education and counseling about topics including youth’s exposure to violence, injuries and accidents; sexual orientation; eating disorders; and bullying, social media and technology use.

Testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.

Provides affordable primary health care. Services offered but not limited to sexually transmitted infection screenings, sports participation physical exams, pregnancy testing, diabetes management clinics, and general immunizations. 

Provides public health services including promoting health lifestyles, preventive cancer screenings, STI/HIV testing, lead poisoning prevention, communicable disease follow-up, and emergency preparedness,

Affordable, comprehensive primary health care especially for those with limited resources. Includes general physical exams and immunizations.

Services are provided regardless of ability to pay through a sliding fee discount program. Fees are calculated based on household size and documented annual income. All patients are eligible to apply for the sliding fee discount, even those with insurance.

Dental Clinic offers preventative dental services including: X-rays, exams, cleanings, fillings and extractions.

Pharmacy services offered to patients. Those eligible for the sliding fee program receive their medications at 30 to 50% below the retail market. Kohl's, Walgreens, Genoa, and Walmart fill all medications. Mobile Medical Clinic services, in which a van visits different locations to see patients.

HIV/STD testing provides confidential HIV/AIDS testing and counseling.

Transportation program provides a limited number of cab vouchers.

Mental health services are provided in-house through a partnership with Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, as well as being referred out to collaborating behavioral health agencies.

Prenatal care for women.

Radiology has certified x-ray technicians to provide limited x-ray services.

Medication assistance programs help uninsured and underinsured patients apply to various pharmaceutical companies. Staff complete applications for patients to obtain their medication at an affordable cost.

Translation services offered to non-English speaking patients. Languages include Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Kurdish, Burmese, Karen, and Thai.

Incentive program for pregnant women. Services include:

- Education and training on all stages of pregnancy

- Prenatal and postpartum

- Well-baby and youth care

- Adult, infant, and toddler health assessments and screenings

- Support in identifying a primary medical provider

- Pregnancy, STI testing, and counseling referrals

- Women’s health and wellness needs

- Nutrition and fitness resources

Investigates and tracks all infectious diseases that are identified in the Communicable Disease Codes of the Illinois Department of Public Health, including COVID-19.

Offers home care, public health, immunizations, mental health administration, early childhood development, and environmental health services. Provides information on communicable diseases, routine general physical examinations to assess overall health and detect abnormalities, and birth control services to help individuals prevent conception

Provides prenatal care to ensure the health and well-being of pregnant individuals and their developing children through risk assessment, routine checkups, prenatal testing, and guidance on pregnancy-related concerns.

Provides well-baby care services, including health screenings and immunizations, to support the physical well-being and healthy development of infants and toddlers, with some programs extending to preschool-aged children.

Also offers comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for sexually transmitted infections, including contact tracing to help prevent the spread of infections.

• Support to pregnant woman whose unborn baby has been diagnosed with an adverse or terminal condition and wish to carry to term (Willow Story program).

Provides health care services for care of acute and chronic illness. Services can include breast exams and pap smears, immunizations, flu, and pneumonia shots, pregnancy testing, physicals for school, sports, and work, and sexually transmitted disease tests and treatment.

Provides health care services to those experiencing acute or chronic pain and/or illness, or those seeking medical services that are not due to an emergency. Services include annual screenings or check ups, chronic disease management, immunizations, pregnancy tests, pre and postnatal care, school and sports physicals, sexually transmitted infection tests, and well-child exams. 

Offers free support and services for unplanned pregnancies including, pregnancy testing, ultrasound, STD/STI testing and treatment.

Provides health education services like blood pressure screenings which are offered on a walk in basis, fluoride varnish applications, height and weight checks, lead screenings, the Drug Overdose Prevention Program (DOPP), and can provide Narcan to those needing the opioid overdose reversal drug. Can also provide health educational materials on topics such as hypertension, high cholesterol, cardiac risk assessment, smoking cessation, and screenings for sexually transmitted diseases.
