Currently enrolling Iowa women in a program that provides free birth control services to those who have no insurance and meet income qualifications. Can provide long acting reversible birth control to any woman who medically qualifies for little to no out-of-pocket expense.

Teen pregnancy prevention program addresses questions relating to sexuality issues such as pregnancy, abstinence, birth control methods, and sexually-transmitted diseases. Anyone may request a free Teen Pack or Parent Pack, which include information on teen parenting, communication, birth control methods, and sexually transmitted diseases.

Services include annual exams for men and women, sports and school physicals, well-baby visits, a diaper bank for families that have earned points to receive diapers and wipes, childhood and adult immunizations, wellness care, chronic disease management (such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension and HIV/AIDS), health insurance counseling, sexually transmitted disease and treatment, birth control options, pregnancy testing and mental health evaluations.

Federally funded program that pays for office visits associated with Pap tests, pelvic exams, clinical breast exams and lab fees. Age appropriate mammography is covered, as well as a limited number of diagnostic tests. EWM provides screening and diagnostic tests, public education, professional education and training, surveillance, evaluation and quality assurance activities.

Offers free or low-cost breast and cervical cancer screenings for those between 21 and 64 years of age.

Many women are eligible for free or low-cost breast cancer screenings (clinical breast exams and mammograms), and cervical cancer screenings (Pap test and pelvic exams). For those between 35 and 64 years of age, the program also provides heart health (blood pressure) and diabetes (blood glucose and cholesterol) screenings.

Mental health services are provided in-house through a partnership with Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, as well as being referred out to collaborating behavioral health agencies.

Medication assistance programs help uninsured and underinsured patients apply to various pharmaceutical companies. Staff complete applications for patients to obtain their medication at an affordable cost.
