Back-To-School Physicals are provided to K-12 students in need by Des Moines University students, under the supervision of licensed clinicians. Services include physicals, dental screenings, vision testing, and immunizations (as needed). No appointment or insurance required. Vaccines will be available for eligible individuals. Translators available at the event. Free backpacks to all who attend!

Provides information on communicable diseases, routine general physical examinations to assess overall health and detect abnormalities, and birth control services to help individuals prevent conception.

Also offers prenatal care to ensure the health and well-being of pregnant individuals and their developing children through risk assessment, routine checkups, prenatal testing, and guidance on pregnancy-related concerns.

Provides quality, affordable primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare to anyone who visits the clinic, without regard to insurance status or ability to pay. Services include but are not limited to:

Family Planning services include:

-- Education and counseling directed toward health promotion and disease prevention

-- Pap smear

-- Breast cancer screening

-- Sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia according to the Illinois Department of Public Health guidelines

Blood pressure, weight, height, urine, hematocrit and pregnancy tests are available, if needed.

Services include annual screenings or check ups, chronic disease management, immunizations, pregnancy tests, pre and postnatal care, school and sports physicals, sexually transmitted infection tests, and well-child exams.

Services include sick care, chronic disease management, preventive care services, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), physical exams, vaccinations, sexual health services, STI testing and treatment, wellness checkups, work physicals, laboratory and diagnostic testing, referrals for mammograms and other specialty care.

Offers a comprehensive, multi-specialty clinic that is open to the community. Specialty clinics include family medicine, osteopathic manual medicine, physical therapy, foot and ankle, radiology and imaging, behavioral health and sports performance and athletic training.
