All patients are eligible to apply for the sliding fee discount, even those with insurance.

Pharmacy services offered to patients. Those eligible for the sliding fee program receive their medications at 30 to 50% below the retail market. Kohll's, Walgreens, Genoa, and Walmart fill all medications.
