Provides dental screenings, fluoride varnishes, sealant, oral health education, presumptive care for low-income families who may qualify for Medicaid or hawk-I, care coordination to help ensure dental access, and partnership with local medical and dental providers. I-Smile also serves WIC clients by providing dental screening, applying fluoride and helping coordinate dental appointments.

I-SmileT @ School is a dental program that provides at no-cost dental screenings, sealants, fluoride varnish and education for students. Because tooth decay can impact a student's ability to learn, eat, sleep, speak properly and build self-confidence, I-SmileT @ School services are provided during the school day and prevent kids from missing school for dental visits.

Offers to insure that those that qualify are connected to a dentist who can provide continuous dental care. Free dental services provided by a registered dental hygienist may include: Oral screening/caries risk assessment; Oral hygiene instruction; Fluoride varnish application; Referral to local dentists for treatment; Dental Care Coordination.

Child Adolescent Health Program helps children and families access preventive health care by offering the following services:

- Provide education to all newly eligible Medicaid clients about how their healthcare coverage will provide for both preventive and ill healthcare

- Help families with finding a doctor or dentist for their medical and dental care

- Help families with housing, food, energy assistance, parenting programs, and referrals to community resources and services

- Reminders when your child needs routine medical and dental check-ups

- Provide health education and support on a variety of topics

- Contact families to provide care coordination

- Transportation information to Medicaid approved appointments

- Help families with Medicaid Presumptive of Eligibility applications

- Help families with Hawk-i Insurance applications.

I-Smile services include:

- Dental screenings and fluoride varnish applications

- Dental Sealant applications

- Silver Diamine Fluoride treatment for early decay

- Oral hygiene and dental nutritional counseling

- Completing school dental screening certificates

- Care coordination for families such as finding a dentist, understanding or acquiring dental insurance (and/or other payment options), scheduling dental appointments, and answering general oral health questions.

Provides dental services to children and adults. Services for children include cleanings, x-rays, fluoride application, silver and tooth colored fillings, extractions, space maintainers, pulpotomies, crowns, dentistry in a hospital setting.

Services for adults include emergency treatment and pain relief, emergency exams, x-rays, extractions, and referrals to specialists as needed.

Offers a health and dental care program for uniformed service members, retirees, and their families around the world. Provides comprehensive coverage to all beneficiaries, which includes health plans, special programs, prescriptions, and dental plans.

Most TRICARE health plans meet the requirements for minimum essential coverage under the Affordable Care Act. The Defense Health Agency manages the program under the leadership of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs).

Outreach Specialists assist uninsured families, children, and pregnant women in obtaining health care coverage and finding a doctor or dentist. Services include answering questions about available insurance options, assisting with completing Hawki or Medicaid applications, advocacy, community referrals, EveryStep Dental Voucher Program for children.
