Immunizations for adults and children.  Also provides HIV counseling and testing.

Focuses on the prevention of HIV and STI transmission through education and outreach efforts that include topics on lifestyle and healthy outcomes.

Serves as a primary care medical home specializing in sexual health and wellness. Services include:

-- Education, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

-- HIV specialty care.

-- Outreach and prevention for high risk populations.

-- STI testing and treatment.

-- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).

For those infected with HIV/AIDS, Open Door Health Center provides the following services:

-- Medical primary care.

-- Case management.

-- Psychiatric/mental health support.

-- Substance abuse therapy.

-- Support groups.

-- Oral health.

• HIV/AIDS/STD counseling, testing, referral, and partner notification offers a range of services to prevent the spread of disease and promote public health. Also includes diagnosis, treatment, and health education.
• Family Planning Program serves women of reproductive age in a confidential clinic setting through the provision of low-cost STD screenings, health education, counseling, and contraception.

Offers access to experienced health specialists who provide information about approved HIV treatment options, assist in locating HIV/AIDS clinical trials across the USA, and offer counseling services for individuals at risk of contracting or transmitting HIV. Counseling includes personal risk assessments, development of personalized action plans, and support for behavior changes to reduce the risk of acquiring or transmitting HIV.

Offers Medical Case Management for people living with HIV/AIDS. Provides connection to low-cost HIV medical care and medication services. Once enrolled, transportation assistance may be available for medical appointments, lab visits, and pharmacy trips. Food vouchers and access to local food pantries may also be available. Referrals to lawyers, legal organizations, and other supportive services can be provided.

Focuses on the prevention of HIV and STI transmission through education and outreach efforts that include topics on lifestyle and healthy outcomes.

Offers preventative health services available for men and women of all ages. All services are confidential. Services are provided regardless of income, insurance status, or ability to pay. Clinical services Include physical exams, cancer screening (pap smears, breast, and testicular exams), birth control options, tests and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, HIV screening and referrals, pregnancy testing, emergency contraception, HPV vaccinations, and PrEP prescriptions.

Public health services include:

- Adult flu clinic;

- Children's immunization shots (through age 18);

- Audits of immunization records for schools and licensed day cares;

- Tuberculosis surveillance, control, and education;

- Investigation of reportable diseases;

- Head lice program, including chemical free supplies (Council Bluffs only);

- Hepatitis C surveillance, control, and education;

- Prevention of communicable disease outbreaks.

Offers free HIV testing, counseling, and prevention services are available. Help is available to access PrEP (medicine that helps prevent HIV). Free condoms, STI testing through telemedicine, and harm reduction supplies are also available.
