Provides annual exams for men and women, sports and school physicals, well-baby visits, a diaper bank for families that have earned points to receive diapers and wipes, childhood and adult immunizations, wellness care, chronic disease management (such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension and HIV/AIDS), health insurance counseling and sexually transmitted disease and treatment, birth control options, pregnancy testing.

Offers health care services to the LGBTQ community. Services are offered to meet the specific health care needs of the LGBTQ community in Central Iowa.
