Provides opioid overdose reversal training and training on how to administer naloxone, the overdose reversal drug. Training includes an overview of the opioid epidemic and an understanding of the process of addiction, how to recognize an opioid overdose and ways to help that person, instructions on how to use Naloxone, and time for participants to practice.

Those who have gone through training will receive a free Naloxone kit that includes two injectable doses of Naloxone, a guide to using Naloxone, rubber gloves, and a mouth shield, if needed.

Offers hands-on training sessions that provides information about opioid overdose and administer NARCAN to reverse its effects. Training can be done as an individual or in a group setting. Sessions are available for employers, families, community groups, and faith-based organizations throughout the Sauk Valley area. 

Provides overdose prevention and naloxone administration education, including access to medical training equipment and devices such as simulation tools and practice kits for administering medications and performing life-saving procedures.

Offers enhancing accessibility and supporting individuals with mobility challenges by constructing wheelchair ramps and providing AmTryke therapeutic tricycles for those unable to use traditional bicycles. Additionally, the organization contributes to the development of future healthcare professionals by awarding scholarships to students pursuing careers in therapy and facilitating access to medical training equipment and devices that aid in the practice and mastery of medical procedures and treatment administration.

Offers Narcan training at various sites around the county or at the individuals place of business. The class teaches individuals how to handle and administer Narcan and after receiving the 30-minute training individuals will be given a box of Narcan.
