Title X Family Planning is a voluntary birth control program that provides information about birth control methods or the number and spacing of children.

Services are confidential and include:

• Physical exams
• Pregnancy testing and options counseling
• STD education, testing, and treatment
• Birth control methods and counseling, including emergency contraception
• Community education services for professionals, schools, parents, and teens

Teen clinics provide sports and school physicals, chronic disease management, smoking cessation, and wellness and sick care. Both teen clinics focus special attention on reproductive health.

The teen clinics offer education about pregnancy prevention and birth control options including long-acting reversible contraception as well as screening, treatment and management for sexually transmitted diseases.

Medical clinicians discuss risky behaviors and provide confidential counseling. The teen clinics also offer education and counseling about topics including youth’s exposure to violence, injuries and accidents; sexual orientation; eating disorders; and bullying, social media and technology use.

Counseling services include individualized master-level therapy/counseling, familial systems therapy/counseling, divorce mediation, parent-child counseling, grief counseling, adoption counseling, and pregnancy support counseling.

Therapeutic intervention for sexual abuse victims.

Provides accurate information on adoption, and lifelong support, so the family is successful in meeting the child’s best interest by offering the following services and resources:

Provides free and confidential pregnancy counseling for families, every step of the way; before, during, and after the birth of the child.

Assistance with making an adoption plan or parenting plan.

Parenting education. Support and education for baby's father on request.

Home studies for prospective adoptive parents.

Newborn care home for baby as a safe haven.

Free services including pregnancy testing, counseling, ongoing friendship, medical referrals, clothing referrals, Food Net and Milkworks referrals, and diapers when available.

Provides free pregnancy testing and free medical diagnosis of pregnancy through limited obstetric ultrasounds. Trained client advocates help clients process pregnancy test results while providing confidential support.

Offers free support and services for unplanned pregnancies including, pregnancy testing, ultrasound, STD/STI testing and treatment.

Offers expectant parent advocacy that includes help and support for anyone who is pregnant, domestic adoptions, post-adoption services including counseling for children who have experienced trauma, and assistance with foster home placement. 

Services may include linking individuals in need of alternative living arrangements with licensed private family homes, recruiting, training, certifying, and monitoring placements, and providing support for families and individuals in foster care settings.

Community-based mental health services. Services include individual, family/child, marital, group, and crisis pregnancy counseling. Telehealth counseling is available.

Services for adults dealing with behavioral health and emotional issues. Services include:

-- Adult and senior therapy.

-- Case management.

-- Help with transitioning from homelessness.

-- Couple and relationship therapy.

-- Family therapy.

-- Group therapy.

-- Employee assistance program.

-- Bariatric counseling.

-- Women: pregnancy and childbirth.

Offers medical grade pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasound, limited sexually transmitted infection testing for females, Forever Loved program -perinatal hospice and miscarriage care.

Other medical services include pregnancy option counseling, adoption referrals, and community resource referrals.

Provides resources to families including a children's clothing boutique, diapers, wipes, and other baby items. All items are donated.

Offers REAL Choices student and adult education programs.

Offers foster care, adoption services, or pregnancy option counseling. The Office of Community Connections connects with families in need with resources to provide stability and prevent DCFS involvement. 

Provides free and confidential services to pregnant women, their families, and individuals with young children. Services include pregnancy testing, pregnancy counseling, limited ultrasound, ongoing pregnancy support, referrals for community support services, support after an abortion, the Earn While You Learn Program, fatherhood mentoring, and a maternity home.

Also, provides childbirth education classes to prepare prospective mothers, birth partners, and family members for the labor and birth process, covering topics such as anatomy, breathing and relaxation techniques, delivery options, and postpartum care.

Additionally, resources and guidance are available to support economic self-sufficiency, including vocational evaluation, training in marketable skills, and referrals for employment opportunities tailored to those facing emotional challenges, substance abuse issues, or disabilities.

Reproductive health services for males and females including the following:

- Well health exams

- Blood pressure, weight, and hemoglobin monitoring

- Pap tests

- Breast exams

- Breast, cervical, and testicular cancer screening

- STD screening and treatment

- Birth control including Natural Family Planning method

- Pregnancy testing with options counseling

- HIV testing (free)

- DNA testing

- Education on abstinence, prevention, reproductive health, and life plans
