Offers breast examinations, Pap tests, and instruction on breast self-examination techniques for early detection of breast cancer.

Provides general immunizations to prevent diseases and reduce health risks for individuals and the community.

Shares information on environmental hazards and safety measures to promote overall health.

Blood pressure screenings are available to identify individuals at risk of hypertension-related conditions.

Additionally, referrals to programs like WIC are provided to support nutrition, breastfeeding, and overall health for eligible individuals and families.

The overarching goals are to decrease unintended pregnancies, reduce the transmission of sexually transmitted infections, and promote comprehensive health and wellness.

Services offered include pregnancy testing, pregnancy counseling, limited ultrasound, on-going pregnancy support, referrals for community support services, support after an abortion, Earn While You Learn Program, fatherhood mentoring programs, and Mother's/Maternity Home.

Offers a large resource center that can equip families with clothing, shoes, toys, toiletry items (limited), infant supplies, and larger infant items such as cribs, bouncy seats, pack-n-plays, and other items subject to availability. Items are gently used and vary based on donations received.

Including blood pressure screenings, breastfeeding peer counseling, car safety seat program, child and adult immunizations, developmental screenings, family case management, health screenings, Illinois tobacco-free communities' program, lead poisoning prevention program, WIC program, lice education, nutrition education, pregnancy testing, TB screenings and tests, vision and hearing screenings, and the women's health clinic.

Provides free and confidential pregnancy tests, limited ultrasound, free STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) testing, and information about sexually transmitted diseases.

Comprehensive reproductive health center providing prenatal and family planning (birth control) services. Other services include free pregnancy testing for women of any age, testing/treatment of sexually transmitted diseases for males and females, hormone replacement therapy, sterilization, education programs on sexual responsibility, female camp, school and sport physicals, and annual examinations for adult women. Bus tokens may be available for those with transportation needs.

Currently enrolling Iowa women in a program that provides free birth control services to those who have no insurance and meet income qualifications. Can provide long acting reversible birth control to any woman who medically qualifies for little to no out-of-pocket expense.

Teen pregnancy prevention program addresses questions relating to sexuality issues such as pregnancy, abstinence, birth control methods, and sexually-transmitted diseases. Anyone may request a free Teen Pack or Parent Pack, which include information on teen parenting, communication, birth control methods, and sexually transmitted diseases.

Offers sexual health and wellness services including free pregnancy tests, STD/STI testing, HIV testing and treatment (PrEP/PEP), Case Management, anal Pap Smears, free condoms, outreach and prevention education, and more.

Offers primary health care/family medicine services. Services include birth control counseling, childhood immunizations, general physical examinations, gynecology services, confidential HIV testing, pregnancy testing, seasonal flu vaccinations, sexually transmitted disease screening, shingles immunizations, and
well baby care.
