Provides general immunizations to prevent diseases and reduce health risks for individuals and the community.

Shares information on environmental hazards and safety measures to promote overall health.

Blood pressure screenings are available to identify individuals at risk of hypertension-related conditions.

Additionally, referrals to programs like WIC are provided to support nutrition, breastfeeding, and overall health for eligible individuals and families.

The overarching goals are to decrease unintended pregnancies, reduce the transmission of sexually transmitted infections, and promote comprehensive health and wellness.

Health center for care of acute and chronic illness. Transportation available for appointments at the clinic. Services can include breast exams and pap smears, cholesterol screening, diabetes management, immunizations, flu, and pneumonia shots, infant checkups, pregnancy testing, physicals for school, sports, and work, and sexually transmitted disease tests and treatment.

Offers medical grade pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasound, limited sexually transmitted infection testing for females, Forever Loved program -perinatal hospice and miscarriage care.
