--General Health Screenings – for all genders – blood pressure, height, weight, education on healthy relationships, and mental health screenings
--Annual Wellness Exams – reproductive exam may include Pap test (for cervical cancer), breast exam, pelvic exam, and birth control education

Offers pregnancy testing to anyone needing to take a pregnancy test.

Offers sexual health and wellness services including free pregnancy tests, STD/STI testing, HIV testing and treatment (PrEP/PEP), Case Management, anal Pap Smears, free condoms, outreach and prevention education, and more.

Offers medical grade pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasound, limited sexually transmitted infection testing for females, Forever Loved program -perinatal hospice and miscarriage care.

Other medical services include pregnancy option counseling, adoption referrals, and community resource referrals.

Provides resources to families including a children's clothing boutique, diapers, wipes, and other baby items. All items are donated.

Offers REAL Choices student and adult education programs.

Services include free pregnancy testing, care for high-risk pregnancies, prenatal exams and pregnancy care, in-hospital labor and delivery, in-hospital newborn care, ultrasounds, childbirth classes, health benefits enrollment, diagnostic testing, and laboratory testing.

Title X Family Planning is a voluntary birth control program that provides information about birth control methods or the number and spacing of children.

Services are confidential and include:
- Physical exams
- Pregnancy testing and options counseling
- STD education, testing, and treatment
- Birth control methods and counseling, including emergency contraception
- Community education services for professionals, schools, parents, and teens

Provides free pregnancy testing and limited obstetric ultrasounds. Clients also have the option to have a free STI/STD test for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia with their pregnancy confirmation test. If the STI/STD test is positive, treatment and education can be provided.

Teen clinics provide sports and school physicals, chronic disease management, smoking cessation, and wellness and sick care. Both teen clinics focus special attention on reproductive health.

The teen clinics offer education about pregnancy prevention and birth control options including long-acting reversible contraception as well as screening, treatment and management for sexually transmitted diseases.

Medical clinicians discuss risky behaviors and provide confidential counseling. The teen clinics also offer education and counseling about topics including youth’s exposure to violence, injuries and accidents; sexual orientation; eating disorders; and bullying, social media and technology use.

Provides health care services for care of acute and chronic illness. Services can include breast exams and pap smears, immunizations, flu, and pneumonia shots, pregnancy testing, physicals for school, sports, and work, and sexually transmitted disease tests and treatment.

Provides pregnancy tests, friendship, and support to pregnant women.

Provides confidential services to all women of childbearing age, including pap exams, birth control supplies and emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, and testing and treatment of STIs.

Offers pregnancy testing services to determine pregnancy through laboratory procedures or home-use devices, prenatal education, and new baby home visits. 

Provides child passenger safety seat inspections, offering guidance on selecting appropriate car seats based on a child's height and weight, correct installation, and proper use. Also provides child passenger safety seats, including booster seats for older children. 

Additionally, supports the health and development of infants and toddlers through well-baby care services, which may include health screenings and immunizations. 

Services are available to Union County residents through the Union County Matura Community Action Agency Office at (641) 782-8431.

- Free on-site pregnancy testing.
- On-site limited obstetrical ultrasound services.
- STI/ STD testing.
- Parenting education (HOPE program).
- Support to pregnant woman whose unborn baby has been diagnosed with an adverse or terminal condition and wish to carry to term (Willow Story program).

Health Educators are available to meet individually and confidentially with teens that have concerns about sexual health issues. This service is offered at no cost and is made available through Success Street. In addition to providing education on sexual health, the Health Educator can provide on-site pregnancy and STD testing.

Offers free or low cost mammograms available for eligible women. Walk-in appointments are available.

Obstetrical services/OB  Services. Midwifery services are also offered.

Family planning offers examinations of women's reproductive systems, pregnancy testing, information and testing for sexually transmitted diseases are available.
