Health center for care of acute and chronic illness. Transportation available for appointments at the clinic. Services can include breast exams and pap smears, cholesterol screening, diabetes management, immunizations, flu, and pneumonia shots, infant checkups, pregnancy testing, physicals for school, sports, and work, and sexually transmitted disease tests and treatment.
Offers primary health care/family medicine services. Services include birth control counseling, childhood immunizations, general physical examinations, gynecology services, confidential HIV testing, pregnancy testing, seasonal flu vaccinations, sexually transmitted disease screening, shingles immunizations, and well baby care.
Offers sexual health and wellness services including free pregnancy tests, STD/STI testing, HIV testing and treatment (PrEP/PEP), Case Management, anal Pap Smears, free condoms, outreach and prevention education, and more.
