Helps with: applying for Medicaid health insurance; finding health care providers in Cedar, Clinton, Jackson, and Scott Counties; scheduling health care appointments; connecting to community resources and services; health screenings and referrals; social assessments and guidance; dental screenings, fluoride varnish application, and oral health education; breast/chest feeding education and support; health education and support; transportation; and interpretation services.
