Developmental Screening: Early identification of developmental delays, including:

Physical Therapy: Movement, motor development, and body function. Works with children with a wide variety of diagnoses, including:

- Developmental delays.

- Cerebral palsy.

- Down syndrome.

- Spina bifida.

- Torticollis.

- Plagiocephaly.

- Genetic disorders.

- Hypotonia.

- Toe walking.

- Post-surgical rehabilitation.

Occupational Therapy: Increases a child's independence and quality of life while targeting areas including:

- Daily living skills.

- Sensory processing.

- Self-regulation.

- Motor skills.

- Coordination.

Treatment includes an emphasis on educating the caregivers and providing strategies to increase participation in their home and community environments.

Speech Therapy services also available.

Provides outpatient rehabilitation services to children with developmental delays and disabilities. Services include occupational, physical, and speech-language therapies, developmental evaluations and support, audiology services, autism services, and assistive technology equipment for those in need.

Offers traditional speech and language therapy, social communication groups, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) services, pediatric feeding and swallowing services, parent training programs to teach caregivers to support speech, language and communication development in the home.

Provides opportunities for socialization and therapeutic activities for individuals who may be isolated in the community or who require assistance due to physical, emotional, or mental health challenges. Individualized treatment plans are tailored for clients with physical, cognitive, social, or emotional needs.

Clients are offered door-to-door transportation and buses are staffed with drivers and aides certified in First Aid and CPR. Additionally, a light breakfast and full lunch are included in the day’s program. Participants can attend one day or up to five days per week, depending on their schedules and needs.

This program serves individuals with:

-- Chronic health conditions.

-- Inability to manage independently.

-- Adults who are isolated or lonely.

-- Adults with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or Dementia.

Provides medical, pediatric, and behavioral nurses; physical, occupational, and speech/language therapists; home health aides; nutritional counselors; and homemaker assistance services, including support with routine household activities such as menu planning, budgeting, shopping, child care, meal preparation, laundry, and general household management.

Provides a Medicare-certified nursing facility that serves the elderly population and individuals with Alzheimer's disease. The facility includes a Senior Housing Unit with services on the campus and offers rehabilitation services such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. 

A Home Care Agency is available to support individuals in their residences. The facility features a new unit with 20 private rooms that are Medicare-certified for post-acute care with rehabilitation services, as well as a program for short-term rehabilitation. 

Additional services include errand running and shopping assistance for individuals who are unable or prefer not to perform these tasks themselves, and homemaker assistance, which provides trained professionals to help with routine household activities such as meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, and general household management.

Provides rehabilitation services to help individuals recover, maintain, or improve abilities that have been lost due to illness, injury, surgery, or chronic health conditions. Services include athletic training, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. 

Provides an outpatient neuro rehabilitation program that offers physical, occupational and speech therapy in brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, complex neuro and complex concussion.

Offers outpatient therapy options. Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, LSVT BIG, cognitive screening for dementia-related behaviors, Lymphedema management, and wellness programs.

Senior services include setting up and administering medications, monitoring blood pressure and blood sugar, nursing care, personal care, and companionship.
