Lifestyle change programs teach participants to make lasting lifestyle changes, like eating healthier, adding physical activity into their daily routine, and improving coping skills.

Provides affordable primary health care. Services offered but not limited to sexually transmitted infection screenings, sports participation physical exams, pregnancy testing, diabetes management clinics, and general immunizations. 

Provides diabetes education and management. Nutrition services also provided for other types of situations, such as weight loss, lipid management, hypertension, and more.

Provides information and services related to health and wellness topics, including heart health, cholesterol, blood pressure screening, smoking cessation, diabetes, obesity, and physical activity. Offers blood pressure screenings to identify individuals at risk for hypertension-related conditions, cholesterol and triglycerides tests to assess cardiovascular health, and hypoglycemia screenings to detect blood sugar deficiencies. Additionally, provides diabetes management support, including education on self-management skills, dietary planning, exercise, and prevention of complications. Health education presentations are also available for local schools.
