Offers vaccinations available for adults, children, and adolescents. CG Public Health is responsible for updating vaccine information as it becomes available, and contracts with the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) to provide vaccines through their Vaccine For Children Program. CG Public Health works to address barriers, educate providers on vaccinations and provide vaccine recommendations for school-age children. CG Public Health also conducts annual vaccination audits with schools and childcare centers to review compliance with vaccine requirements.

Provides a variety of vaccines that are currently available for children through the age of 18.

Provides communicable disease follow-up and education to control the spread of infection and illness.
