Provides routine immunization to uninsured adults. Routine immunizations are also provided to any child who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of an inability to pay.

-- Meningococcal conjugate vaccine (type of vaccine used to protect adolescents from certain types of meningitis)

-- Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (type of vaccine used to protect infants and toddlers from life-threatening meningitis and blood infections from certain bacteria)

-- Varicella (chickenpox)

-- Flue vaccine (offered seasonally)

Preservative-free vaccine available by request for eligible children 6-35 months of age.

Home health care services and home nursing is provided to those in need. Can provide personal care assistance for bathing, hair care, housekeeping and laundry, meal planning and preparation, errands, and waiver services.
