School Dental Sealant Program:

Conducts visits to all public schools in the area served to provide school dental exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.

Provides dental services to children and adults.

Provides routine cleanings and dental exams as well as cavity fillings, and root canals. Other services may include limited help with dentures, crowns, tooth extractions and referrals to specialists if needed. 

Provides dental care services to children in need. Dental health exams, treatment, and digital dental x-rays are available. Dental health services are available for adults who are established medical patients at Crusader.

Offers full range of general and preventative dental care. Except for dentures and partials which are not routinely offered. May also offer dental surgeries for children who qualify.

Dental clinic provides routine dental screening and non-emergency dental services.

Pharmacy for patients of Charles Drew.

Offers full range of general and preventative dental care. Except for dentures and partials which are not routinely offered. May also offer dental surgeries for children who qualify. 

Provides dental/oral services to veterans that qualify. Services include screenings, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, specialty dental procedures like root canals, restorations and dentures.

Free health care services include medical, dental, dermatology, physical therapy, chiropractic, mental health, vision, hearing, and spiritual care. Specialty Clinics services such as allergy and asthma, orthopedic and diabetic services by referral only. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis. Provides dental care services by students in the Dental Hygiene program at Parkland College. Services include cleaning and dental exams. Services may also include oral hygiene instructions, cleaning and fluoride treatments, sealant placement, and x-rays.

Free medical clinic provides emergency response support, treatment for non-chronic ailments, referrals, dental care, and chiropractic care.

Affordable, comprehensive primary health care especially for those with limited resources. Includes general physical exams and immunizations.

Services are provided regardless of ability to pay through a sliding fee discount program. Fees are calculated based on household size and documented annual income. All patients are eligible to apply for the sliding fee discount, even those with insurance.

Dental Clinic offers preventative dental services including: X-rays, exams, cleanings, fillings and extractions.

Pharmacy services offered to patients. Those eligible for the sliding fee program receive their medications at 30 to 50% below the retail market. Kohl's, Walgreens, Genoa, and Walmart fill all medications. Mobile Medical Clinic services, in which a van visits different locations to see patients.

HIV/STD testing provides confidential HIV/AIDS testing and counseling.

Transportation program provides a limited number of cab vouchers.

Mental health services are provided in-house through a partnership with Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, as well as being referred out to collaborating behavioral health agencies.

Prenatal care for women.

Radiology has certified x-ray technicians to provide limited x-ray services.

Medication assistance programs help uninsured and underinsured patients apply to various pharmaceutical companies. Staff complete applications for patients to obtain their medication at an affordable cost.

Translation services offered to non-English speaking patients. Languages include Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Kurdish, Burmese, Karen, and Thai.
