Provides dental care services by students in the Dental Hygiene program at Parkland College. Services include cleaning and dental exams. Services may also include oral hygiene instructions, cleaning and fluoride treatments, sealant placement, and x-rays.

Educational programs for students of dental hygiene and dentistry, and graduate courses in the areas of endodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics and orthodontics.

Dental treatment for persons of all ages by students under the direct supervision of licensed faculty members. Patients are examined and a treatment plan which includes an explanation of the costs to be incurred is developed.

Offers dental sealants to school children. This program works with Miles of Smiles, who have dentists and hygienists that come into the schools to perform dental exams and place sealants on molars.

Provides primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare to anyone who visits the clinic, without regard to insurance status or ability to pay. Services include but are not limited to well-child visits, school and sports physicals, prenatal care, chronic disease management, counseling, medication assistance recovery treatment, on-site lab, and on-site pharmacy.

Offers dental services for children covered by the All Kids Program. Services include:

Offers diabetes screening, drug and alcohol testing, TB testing (except Thu), urine pregnancy tests, physicals for school, sports, well child, adult, pre-employment. lead poisoning screening, dental care, blood pressure screening and immunizations.

Provides dental care services to children in need. Dental health exams, treatment, and digital dental x-rays are available.

Offers full range of general and preventative dental care. Except for dentures and partials which are not routinely offered. May also offer dental surgeries for children who qualify. 

**Beginning January 1, 2024, the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department Dental Clinic will only see patients with the following Medicaid dental plans: Envolve as the dental provider for Nebraska Total Care, or Dental Benefit Providers as the dental provider for UnitedHealthcare, and Skygen as the dental provider for Molina.​

Additionally, the program provides communicable disease information and control.
