Rehabilitation services including medical care by a physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation physician), rehabilitation nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech language pathology, audiology, clinical psychology, neuropsychology, therapeutic recreation, neuro feedback and medical social services.

Treatment may include emphasis on one or more of the following: medical management, mobility training, activities of daily living, communication skills, cognitive deficits, psychological adjustments, patient/family education, and reintegration into the community.

Provides a Medicare certified nursing facility that serves the elderly population and Alzheimer patients. The facility also has a Senior Housing Unit with services on the campus.

Rehabilitation including physical, occupational and speech therapy and Home Care Agency available. The facility also provides a new unit with 20 private rooms that are Medicare-certified post-acute with rehabilitation services.
