Provides FIP recipients with work experience that will enhance their work skills and increase their employment potential, while providing a service that will be of benefit to the community. Participants in Promise Jobs are assigned to work sites three days per week (or more), eight hours per day, for a maximum of six months. They will, to the maximum extent possible, learn and perform all assignments associated with a position. Participants do not receive wages for work performed, but instead receive a transportation allowance, child care assistance if necessary, and Workers' Compensation Coverage from Promise Jobs.

Assists clients 18 and older who are diagnosed with a developmental and/or intellectual disability in both obtaining and maintaining community-based employment. A job developer supports clients in determining employment opportunities they are interested in and finding a job. Job developers also support clients to fill out applications, prepare resumes and perfect interview skills. Once a job is obtained the coach assists in learning job responsibilities, the culture and values of the work environment, job accommodations and explaining how employment affects client benefits.
Provides services such as job placement assistance, unemployment insurance, unemployment tax liability services, services for veterans, labor market information, dislocated worker programs (Re-employment Services), proficiency testing and career guidance.

Offers customized training, continuing education, on going mentorship for those working to become self-sufficient. Participants will be preparing to re-enter the workforce and secure employment with a livable wage with specific skills and benchmarks around employment preparation, financial literacy, and healthy relationships at home and work.

Provides in-house and community based opportunities for those struggling with a disability, empowering them to work on their life goals and become more active in their community.

Offers assistance with money skills training, using public transportation in the community, learning community safety skills, choosing appropriate clothing, filling out job applications, and practicing interviewing skills.

Initial and refresher trainings required for school bus drivers are conducted regularly throughout the year through the ROE. New bus drivers need to take an 8-hour course. Bus drivers are required to take a 2-hour refresher course each year.
Imagine the Possibilities offers employment training and supportive services for youth and adults. Services include: job coaching (a program providing supported employment at inclusive work sites in the community) and job development (a program to assist individuals in developing job seeking skills and work ethics).

Assistance for eligible persons interested in obtaining a CDL license or CNA certification including tuition, books, and testing. Some allowable courses are available and subject to approval based on length of the course and date the course completes.

Provides free training to individuals to become a personal assistant for an individual who has a disability. Individuals who have disabilities can contact SCIL for a referral list of trained personal assistants.
Provides services that are designed to give individuals with disabilities the opportunity to obtain employment in the community.

Offers to help veterans succeed in the 21st Century Workforce. This is accomplished through three goals: maximizing veterans employment, earning, retention, and competitiveness; assuring that service members transition to quality civilian employment; and protecting the employment and reemployment rights of veterans.

This program provides needs-based tuition assistance for approved short-term continuing education training programs for in-demand occupations. Since non-credit programs are not eligible for federal financial aid, this program is designed to bridge the funding gap for individuals that meet program and income guidelines to complete short-term training programs.

Tuition assistance for this program is based on financial need and the ability to complete a program and gain full-time employment. If participants receive food assistance, they may qualify to participate in free training. The program was developed to help individuals learn skills for in-demand jobs that pay a higher wage.
