Provides assistance in securing and maintaining a job in the community. Services include work evaluation, work adjustment, job coaching, job development, and community based vocational assessment.

Offers a free career training program, with compensation to start a new career. Students participate in a six-week personal development program focusing on soft skills, computer literacy, effective communication, life skills, overcoming individualized barriers, and more.

Students are met with coaching and career assessment to choose one of eight funded continued short-term education paths. Tracks include medical administration, customer service, information technology, energy, commercial driver (DCL), skilled trades, and more. Once students graduate with their certification, Change Course helps place them into a job that earns $18 or more with upward mobility and benefits.

Ongoing services with students and staff include weekly Family Dinners, coaching sessions, supportive Ally relationships, and more.
CBE (COMMUNITY BASED EMPLOYMENT) provides assistance in finding and maintaining employment in contracted and non-contracted work environments to people with disabilities.

LIFE SKILLS (DAY HAB) a non-paid day program that provides support in developing or maintaining life skills and community integration.

Participants receive individualized and group support in resume development, job search and interviewing strategies, and networking. Job Placement Specialists help participants assess their strengths and needs, set personal goals, and explore their vocational interests. Staff also connect job seekers to area employers.

Certified for Success employment training programs include retail, hospitality, food handling, essential computer skills, IT Support Professional, and custodial certification programs. A combination of onsite and classroom training helps prepare participants for success.

Offers three occupational Skills Training programs: Warehouse/Packaging/Logistics Skills Training built on the MSSC Certified Logistics Associate certification with hands on experience in the production/warehouse facility, Essential Employment Skills Program works with veterans in our e-waste area, and a Retail Skills Training utilizing the Goodwill retail footprint, around the National Retail Federation's RiseUP certification.
