Retail Organizational Employment offers paid work opportunities for individuals who meet basic admission requirements and have sufficient skills to operate independently in their chosen area of employment, after an orientation period. Individual Program Plans are developed to help participants gain the skills necessary to obtain future competitive employment. Participants are provided service coordination and case management services.

Job Outfitters assists individuals with obtaining proper interview and work apparel. Participants must be actively seeking employment or have recently secured employment. Case management takes place at the American Job Center.

Goodwill's Job Connection is located downtown in the Goodwill Retail Store. The purpose of Job Connection is to maximize the employability of job seekers in a market that requires some computer knowledge in nearly all jobs. Individuals may receive assistance with resume and cover letter creation and templates are available for use. Staff members are also available to help guide guests through online applications. Classes or tutorials for basic computer skills, typing and data entry are also made available. Many of the tutorials are available in both English and Spanish.

Workforce development through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Provides job training and job-seeking assistance to economically disadvantaged persons, dislocated workers, and youth.

Offers CEJA (Climate and Equitable Jobs Act)-funded training programs to learn about career pathways in the clean energy sector.

- Registration available twice a week.

- Sessions introduce participants to opportunities in energy auditing, HVAC, solar installation, weatherization, and pre-apprenticeship programs.

- Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up and begin their path toward a career in clean energy.

- Attendees are given the chance to meet with the CEJA recruitment team and Service Navigators, who will be available to provide guidance, answer questions, and give support every step of the way.

- Provides assistance to individuals with job search, filing unemployment insurance, resumes, and cover letters.

- Offers connections to job training for those unemployed due to layoffs or business closing, as well as displaced homemakers, through assistance with post-secondary education, on-the-job training, and more.

- Services include (but are not limited to) assessment of skill levels; career guidance; job search assistance; workshops; job referral and placement assistance; and reemployment services.

- Assists people with disabilities in preparing for, finding, and keeping jobs.
