Offers to connect adult volunteers ages 55 and over with opportunities to engage in service to the community. Volunteers choose what fits their passions, interests, and schedules. The agency partners with the public, non-profit, and health care organizations to address needs in the areas of education, food security, independent living, financial security, disaster, and more.

Offers two levels of Supported Community Living Services designed to meet the daily living needs of adults with disabilities and mental illness. These services increase a client's independence and provide a level of relief for family members and caretakers. The level of service is determined by the individual, guardians, case managers, and providers to best suit their needs.

Provides intensive case management for adults and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. Program will assist clients with obtaining and retaining stable housing and employment while developing essential life skills. Also provides transitional and independent living for DCFS referrals.

Offers developmental training and sheltered/vocational workshop. Offers employment program through Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS).

Designed to assist Social Security Disability (SSI/SSDI) beneficiaries with the transition from Social Security Disability Benefits to work. It provides employment supports and services to help reach work goals.

RAMP also has a certified Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor (CPWIC) that can assist individuals with understanding their benefits and the changes that will occur once employed.

Offers developmentally disabled individuals with employment opportunities within the community. An interactive classroom setting, where individuals can learn about job applications, interviews, proper dress, workplace expectations, and appropriate interaction with customers and co-workers. Once an individual has located a job, trained job coaches work with individuals directly, on the job site, to help make a successful transition.

Provides skills training programs (LEEP/Link Employment Exploration Program) and Supported Employment programs (job development and job coaching) to individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability.

Program assists with, evaluation or assessment of vocational skills. Work adjustment training, development and improvement of work skills, habits, and attitudes. Work services: Continued training and counseling for trainees who have completed initial training but not reach levels suitable for community employment.

Placement Services Provides experience, education, and placement assistance in community jobs and follow-up services.
