Provides standard and emergency assistance to Air Force and Space Force families when unexpected financial emergencies arise with no-interest loans and grants. The programs are intended to help meet immediate financial emergency needs and help make a positive step toward a lasting financial solution. Assistance many be in the form of loans or grants.

Assistance programs may help with emergency assistance for rent or utilities, medical or dental care costs, funeral expenses, vehicle expenses (repair, payment, insurance, gas, etc.), pet medical care or transportation to/from an overseas assignment, food, personal hygiene items, child care expenses, and more.

Designed to prevent entrance into foster care and provide support with the guardianship process. Services include help to obtain guardianship, help to obtain the Child Only Grant and other entitlements and benefits, help enrolling the children in school, referrals for other services, and cash assistance to obtain guardianship and to meet the child's basic needs.

Scholarship pays a portion of childcare costs for children who have not yet started kindergarten. Parents must meet certain income guidelines and choose a licensed or registered provider.

Provides low-income, working families with access to affordable, quality child care. Help families pay for care in center-based or home settings. Families are required to cost-share on a sliding scale based on family size and income.

Child Care Assistance Program is administered for the Illinois Counties of DeWitt, Ford, Livingston and McLean. This is the Department of Human Services (DHS) child care program for working parents with children under the age of 13 who income-qualify. Will pay for parent's choice of child care, full or part-time, as well as before- and after-school care.

Child Care Referral Program provides referrals to parents in need of child care. Parents are counseled on how to select quality child care that best meets the needs of their individual child. Parents are educated on indicators of quality care, provided educational materials, and encouraged to visit programs. The CCRRN offers a free online child care search. Access to the Illinois Cares for Kids Online Child Care Search can be found on the agency's website.

Employer Contracted Services: Enhanced referral services as well as presentations and parenting seminars on childcare issues. Employer services are fee-based; call for specific information.

Provides assistance with paying weekly co-payments for childcare expenses. Participants must use a licensed childcare provider and be approved through the Child Care Resource and Referral.

Combined and coordinated educational services assistance, employment and job training assistance for adults and youth, child care expense help, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, and General Assistance.

Provides salaries for extra employment opportunities for the youth to participate in a summer program operated by the Higher Education Department.

Drive to Success helps low income residents obtain reliable transportation for employment purposes. Provides assistance for vehicle repairs.

Education Scholarships awards scholarships annually to clients to aid them in obtaining formal education or occupational training. Scholarships may be used for tuition and fees, textbooks, supplies or room and/or board.

Employment Support assists eligible clients to obtain/maintain employment with such items as daycare costs, transportation, and work supplies. One-time support.

Information, Referral, Outreach: Provides access to needed resources through comprehensive outreach, information and referral services.
