Jewish seniors who are home-bound or in nursing homes are visited on a regular basis, and rides are provided to ensure they get to doctors' appointments, pick up prescription medicine, and/or go grocery shopping. During Jewish holidays, the Federation provides programming to nursing homes around the area. Companionship and socialization is a priority with the Senior Program.

Provides a nutrition program that includes home-delivered and congregate meals that are prepared through the Meal Site located on the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska reservation. The congregate meals are served during the lunch hour Monday-Friday. Home-delivered meals are delivered to persons in poorer health. In order to receive home-delivered meals, seniors need to be present for congregate meals two times a week unless health ailments interfere.

Other services that are provided include information/referral, outreach, transportation, homemaker, chore, telephoning, and visiting. The caregiver program provides a temporary period of relief or rest for caregiver of a frail elder in the form of in home respite care, adult day care respite, or respite for an overnight stay on an intermittent, occasional, or emergency basis.

Offers a Lending Closet with medical equipment to be used on a loan basis.

ABCM Health Living Home Care provides personal care and companionship, handyman services, and incidental local transportation services to individuals who wish to remain living independently in their homes, but may require some assistance with daily tasks.

Foster Grandparents provide service to children with special needs in schools, Head Start or Health facilities. Volunteers who are age 55 and older and meet income guidelines agree to serve a minimum of 10 hours per week and receive a tax-free stipend of $4/hour and other benefits.

Recruits and trains low-income individuals (55+) to provide supportive services to homebound adults who are also mainly seniors. SCP pays a tax free hourly stipend, mileage and meal reimbursement along with other benefits to those who qualify to be volunteers. According to federal guidelines volunteers must be lower-income individuals age 55 and older. Volunteers provide weekly peer to peer visits serving individuals who wish to maintain independence in their own home or assisted living facility. Volunteers provide companionship, social support, transportation, respite for family caregivers. Clients must have a regular weekly need and one time trips are not available. Volunteers do not assist with bathing, homemaking, meal prep or household repairs. Volunteers must work a minimum of 5 hours and can make $400 per month in stipend and other benefits.
