The facility also provides a new unit with 20 private rooms that are Medicare-certified post-acute with rehabilitation services. Includes a program for short-term rehabilitation with physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Offers services that include errands, shopping, personal assistance, house-sitting, in-home assistance, referral services, concierge services, personal care, senior case management, nursing and medication setup, companionship, respite care and much more.

Program for individuals who need assistance with their grocery shopping needs, every Tuesday at Main Street Market. Volunteers call to take grocery orders and other volunteers shop the orders, giving these individuals an opportunity to remain in their homes longer.
