- Leaf Raking - In early Nov, volunteers are available to rake leaves to the curb for city pick up (must call to register).

- Snow Removal - From Dec-March, volunteers will shovel driveways and walkways for registered residents (must register in advance).

Handy Home Services | Aging Partners

Provides home maintenance and minor home repairs for homeowners. Typical work includes but is not limited to minor carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, small painting projects and touch-ups, lawn care (mowing, yard work), gutter cleaning, window and screen repairs. Technicians are typically retired workers who have learned home repair from years of personal experience.

Senior Volunteer Programs | Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging

Foster Grandparents provide service to children with special needs in schools, Head Start or Health facilities. Volunteers who are age 55 and older and meet income guidelines agree to serve a minimum of 10 hours per week and receive a tax-free stipend of $4/hour and other benefits.
