Offers an after-school program for low-income children and families. Includes healthy meals and snacks, assistance with medical and dental care, educational field trips, and support services to the family.

Provides support services to pregnant and parenting teens and their families through home visits with a pediatric nurse practitioner and family support workers. Prenatal and postnatal education, support groups, child development classes, respite child care, case management and advocacy and referral is available.

The Family Resource Center offers classes designed to help parents of young children understand child development and learn what to expect as their child grows.

Works with children from birth to age 3 who may have a condition that could potentially cause delays in development. Also serve children who are already showing delays in abilities to play, think, talk or move.
