Goal is to have a central point of coordinated intake for Black Hawk County and surrounding communities.

Serves Linn County parents for whom their mental health and substance abuse issues have been a barrier to effectively parenting their children. These individuals may also be homeless or on the verge of homelessness with limited access to services. Connecting this service with other child and family services in the community helps ensure that young children and their parents have the comprehensive support they need.

Provides resources and services for families needing additional support, including families in crisis, struggling with postpartum depression, or dealing with situations such as homelessness, kinship care, parenting as a teen, and more.

- Facilitated play groups (meet other families and learn about your child's development)

Anger Management

Provides free and confidential services to pregnant women, their families, and individuals with young children. Services include pregnancy testing, pregnancy counseling, limited ultrasound, ongoing pregnancy support, referrals for community support services, support after an abortion, Earn While You Learn Program, fatherhood mentoring programs, and Mother's/Maternity Home. Additionally, the program offers resources and guidance to support individuals in achieving economic self-sufficiency, including vocational evaluation, training in marketable skills, and referrals for employment opportunities tailored to those facing emotional challenges, substance abuse issues, or disabilities.

Offers a sixteen-week intensive program that is family-based and designed for the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect.

Offers classes to parents of children ages 0 to 18. Class attendance earns students support through groceries, formula, diapers, and other resources.

Parent Share and Support offers an adolescent pregnancy prevention program.

Program designed to lessen the traumatic effects of divorce on children. The curriculum teaches how to establish a co-parenting relationship, as well as offers guidelines for helping children adjust. Divorcing parents of children who are minors in Macon County are required to attend, in addition to parents establishing paternal rights.
