Self-Sufficiency - The self-sufficiency program provides voluntary home visitation services to parents and kinship caregivers. The program provides flexible one-on-one services to help clients make progress towards personal goals and access resources to meet identified needs.

Home Visiting Services - The Healthy Families America program serves low-income pregnant women, age 19 and older, living in Douglas County, while the Young Parent Support Program serves pregnant and parenting teens, and young adults ages 25 and younger, residing anywhere within the Omaha-metro area, including Bellevue and Council Bluffs.

Within the home visitation programs, a trained Family Resource Specialist (FRS) provides weekly home visits where parents learn about the development of their child, from before birth through their fifth birthday. The specialist will also support each family's goals and connect them with resources in the community to meet their needs.

Incentive program for pregnant women, men, and women with children less than two years old.

Transportation services for medical and social service appointments.

Offers parenting education classes.

Provides educational advocacy, resources, training and on-on-one guidance for families of students with disabilities and the professionals who serve them.

FAMILY TO FAMILY program is a statewide network of Family Navigators who provide assistance to families of children with special needs (developmental, behavioral, emotional, and/or physical).

Provides practical help and support to those facing an unplanned pregnancy. "One Woman, One Baby at a time". This is done by informing those in an unplanned pregnancy of options and assistance available to them. Encouraging girls, women, men and families with a pregnancy or pregnancy loss by providing personal and practical help for their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Educating individuals, students and our community by advocating sexual purity as a positive lifestyle.

Offers pregnancy testing, pregnancy counseling, childbirth education, vocational rehabilitation and mentoring.
