Advocates for the rights of citizens with developmental disabilities and their families. Parents for Parents program provides on to one support to families of children with developmental disabilities by sharing information on disability and community resources; call for meeting times. Recreational activities for children with disabilities such as a summer camp and Pals 'n Play, a play therapy program for ages 5-21 with an intellectual or developmental disability. People First helps adults with disabilities learn how to speak out and have confidence to see themselves as People First -- their disabilities second; call for meeting times. Project Guardian Angel is a special project in partnership with the Columbus Police Department to ensure the safety of I/DD individuals in the community through a database housed at the police station.
