Helps moms access the resources and skills they need. Facilitates twice monthly gatherings to help moms build a community of support with other moms who have shared experiences, as well as hear from representatives of local agencies and resources. Individuals work with the moms to access resources, such as making phone calls together, providing transportation to appointments, or giving more information about local resources.

Young Families Incentive Program for parents of young children. Parents earn points by participating in healthy, educational activities that will assist their children in a stronger future. Points are then used to 'purchase' needed infant and toddler items.

Nurturing Parenting Program classes emphasize the importance of raising children in a warm, trusting and caring household.

Offers support groups for parents covering a variety of topics such as financial literacy, family planning, parenting struggles, conflict resolution and more.

Provides educational workshops for children whose parents are divorcing help kids understand and cope with family changes. Children are grouped by age and workshops use artwork, games, discussion, videos and role-playing to help kids know what to expect and how to handle common divorce scenarios. Kids also learn they are not alone and the divorce is not their fault. Workshops are held after school and Saturday mornings in Cedar Rapids and North Liberty.

Educational and social support services to assist parents with children birth to age five. Services include home-based early childhood education, home-based supportive services, group parenting meetings, developmental screening, and planned learning activities for children. Four-year-old free preschool program.

Early Development Network provides service coordination for children, birth to three years, with disabilities or special needs to access community services. Families are linked with developmental evaluations through the schools, Nebraska Health and Human Services programs, health resources, parent-to-parent support, and other supports and services as identified by the families' priorities.

Offers single parents the opportunity to bring their child(ren) to a safe, fun, and developmentally-appropriate program led by caring adults. This allows single parents to enjoy several hours of uninterrupted time (support) for running errands, studying, or simply having some alone time.

The program is designed to improve opportunities for life long involvement of fathers with their children, and provide a comfortable place for dads to ask questions and learn about parenting. Topics focus on job training and employment, relationships, and legal issues. Provides a weekly meeting with a meal, on-site-childcare and transportation.
Support for anyone dealing with separation and divorce.

Provides fathers with individual and group counseling to address parenting issues such as adjusting to fatherhood, handling environmental stress (family, work, neighborhood), anger management, coping with grief and loss, and regulating emotion.
Welcomes pregnant and/or parenting adolescents (age 19 and younger) and their support persons (partner, family member etc.) to a weekly informative and supportive meeting incorporating topics such as maternal health, parenting and emotional well-being. Provides transportation and childcare services as well as a free meal for participants and their children each week.
