Services may include individual, family and couples therapy. Areas of focus are often anxiety; anger; depression; grief; school or work related issues; behavioral concerns; family concerns; grief; eating disorders and relationship issues.Therapeutic methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavior Modification. Clinicians are also Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) trained and utilize DBT strategies as needed.

Special focus on developing services for those with more disabling mental illness with concurrent intellectual/developmental disability diagnoses.

Provides outpatient behavioral health services to those in need. Services include counseling (both individual and group), therapy, supported employment for individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges, and psychosocial rehabilitation (groups to help people with daily living skills and mental illness recovery).

Provides professional counseling and casework services for individuals, marriages, and families experiencing a variety of social, emotional, and interpersonal problems. Works with a variety of issues such as, anxiety, depression, family and adolescent issues.

The goal is to provide clients with the skills necessary to surmount a problem, and/or link to the services that may help prevent a recurrence of the crisis that caused them to seek out services.

Telehealth services are available.

Provides legal advocacy and education services to individuals involved in sexual abuse. Services include assistance with no contact orders, court procedures, and other legal services. Legal advocacy is also provided for individuals at the emergency room, doctors' offices, or police stations. Education services are available in-person and online, services are available on an individual basis as well as in group settings with other survivors.

Offers a full range of outpatient psychological services including psychological evaluations for children and adults.
