Provides professional counseling and casework services for individuals, marriages, and families experiencing a variety of social, emotional, and interpersonal problems. Works with a variety of issues such as, anxiety, depression, family and adolescent issues.

The goal is to provide clients with the skills necessary to surmount a problem, and/or link to the services that may help prevent a recurrence of the crisis that caused them to seek out services.

Provides therapists and medical providers offering mental and behavioral health services to children, teens, and adults. Therapists work one-on-one with clients to evaluate and address issues such as depression, addiction, generalized anxiety disorder, or other behavioral disorders through counseling sessions. Nurse practitioners and psychiatrists can prescribe and monitor medications and provide therapy.

Behavioral and mental health counseling (psychotherapy) for adult individuals, couples and families, including mental health assessment.

Services for children may address adjustment problems, behavior issues, emotional disturbances, personality disorders, or early signs of mental illness.

Psychotherapy services are usually, but not always covered by medical insurance plans and employee assistance programs. Services can be short term solution focused problem solving, or cognitive behavioral restructuring for emotional or other more trauma based symptoms. Services provided in person or by telehealth.

Mental health services including counseling for depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

Offers couple counseling by a therapist trained to level 3 Gottman method, using research-based effective couple counseling techniques.

Individual, group, and family outpatient therapy for a wide range of needs. Provides psychiatric assessment for adults and families with problems associated with emotional or mental illness to see if medication may help with psychiatric symptoms. Also provides an outpatient mental health program for children and adolescents.

Offers trauma recovery therapy/EMDR, individual, family, couple, and child; EMDR/healing trauma, play therapy, interactive problem solving, behavioral health intervention, pre-marriage and marriage counseling, tele-mental-health therapy.

Assessment services: Mental health evaluation for bariatric surgery.

STEPPS: A Dialectical Behavioral Therapy group to help manage high emotions or Emotionally Intense episodes. A therapeutic group that includes a skill building process that builds upon each other.

Stairways: An advanced group for those who have completed the STEPPs group. The group teaches a variety of emotional and behavioral management skills that build off of foundations learned in STEPPs.

Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Outpatient services for individuals, couples and families. Focus areas include relationships, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, physical/sexual/emotional abuse, trauma and addiction. Licensed therapists work with children and adults of all ages and backgrounds, serving people of all faiths.

Evidence-based approaches include psychotherapy, trauma therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), PCIT (Parent Child Interactional Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).

Offers substance use disorder counseling, mental health and substance use evaluations, individual, group, and family counseling, community education, crisis intervention and medication management.
