Mental Health Evaluation

Provides confidential counseling in a safe setting to anyone, regardless of faith or background. Counselors help individuals, couples, and families maintain emotional health and strengthen relationships. Office hours may vary per office location. Evening appointments and telehealth are available. Insurance is accepted, as well as a generous sliding fee scale. No one is turned away for their inability to pay. Provides mental health services. Services include a crisis mental health evaluation in the Emergency Department, adult inpatient services, which offers 24-hour nursing care in a secure, therapeutic environment, and a transitional living program for those who face mental illness. The Transitional Living Program offers community re-entry support services. Also offers adult outpatient services.

Works with families to identify new strategies for communication and relating. Also works with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD and past trauma.

Intensive Family Preservation: therapists and family skill builders work with families in their home to help prevent a child's removal from the home into foster care. Each case consists of six weeks of intensive family therapy and support. Therapists are available to assist the family 24 hours a day with crisis situations, but also help to relieve conflicts so the family can remain intact. Administered in the family home and only available through a referral from a DHHS child and family specialist.

Outpatient Therapy Program: provides individual and family counseling and support to children in foster care, foster parents, and biological parents of children who have been removed from the home. We accept most insurance and offer payment solutions for uninsured or underinsured.

The outpatient clinic for mental health services is open to the community, available in the office or via telehealth. Therapists help clients work through mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, a bi-polar disorder, addiction, PTSD, dementia, grief, loss and more.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE offers assistance when other community resources are exhausted. People living with HIV may qualify for emergency assistance from this fund. This service is intended to be temporary financial assistance.

CASE MANAGEMENT will work with clients individually to determine their needs, may assist clients in applying for these programs: Housing Assistance, Transportation, AIDS Drug Assistance Program,Disability, Medicaid, Food Stamps,General Relief, WIC, FIP, and others. Call for details.

MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM provides individuals living with HIV/AIDS culturally relevant psychotherapy in a non-judgmental, accepting environment by a therapist experienced in the complex issues associated with HIV/AIDS.
